広島のラーメン屋とアートについて。 平和大通り近く並木通りのらぁ麺 むろか @murokahiroshima に。 冷たい麺が好きだ。氷そばと冷製お出汁そばを通って頂いた。 期間限定で鮎をまるごと使ったお出汁そばもあるそう。 スープまで堪能したいので、食後にのどが渇くラーメンが苦手だった。 そのなかでむろかの上品なお出汁のラーメンに感動した。 化学調味料を使わず自然素材のみの天然の美味しさが凝縮した一杯。 スタイリッシュなミニマリズムの空間とシステム。ジャズの音。 個別にあるお茶の小さいやかんもセンスを感じる。 東京の方をお連れし、感動して頂いた。東京にもなかなかないそう。県外、海外から集客できるお店だと思う。 近くの老舗のギャラリーたむらも県外から来客があるので、はしごをお薦めしたい。たむらは舟越桂さんや望月通陽さん等を紹介している。平和大通りのルーテル広島教会には望月さんの作品が調和し素晴らしい空間になっている。 むろかで印象的なのは数々のイサムノグチの照明。 この照明がさらにむろかの魅力を感じさせる。 イサムノグチといえば、平和大通りにあった Gallery - SIGN 。ル・コルビュジエやピエール・ジャンヌレ、ジャン・プルーヴェなどヨーロッパの関係者と人脈があり直接仕入れられていた。 東京六本木のアートギャラリーの精鋭が集合したピラミデビルと広島の２拠点で営業されていたが、現在は東京のみで営業されている。 イサムノグチの平和大橋と西平和大橋は広島の芸術的、歴史的な誇りであり、観光資源。 先日の6/15の中国新聞の記事に感動した。イサムノグチの遺志を後世へ伝えるため、幻の原爆慰霊碑を設置する活動をされている、広島出身ボストン在住、ハーバード大フェローの 光岡 伸洋 さん。 経歴が凄まじく、早稲田大大学院修士課程および北京大EMBA修了。NTTデータを経て、外務省入省、外交官（１等書記官）。退官後、ハーバード大フェロー。専門は地球環境問題。 私的な活動ではmaplee（めいぷりー）代表で、学生ボランティアによる英語サービスの応援や農家を支援することで、広島の魅力を国内、海外に再発信し、内需拡大と就職口を開拓し、活気ある町づくりを行われている。また、数々の日本の災害被災者支援のボランティア活動もされている。 グローバルとローカルのグローカルの視点で、社会貢献意識の元、社会課題解決に向けて行動されている。 今目指すべきロールモデルのお一人だ。 思考停止にならず、今自分ができることを試行錯誤しながら、地道に継続していこうと思わせて頂き、刺激、影響を受けた。 広島のむろかとイサムノグチから日常の幸せと観光資源、広島の誇りと使命を感じた。 About ramen shops and art in Hiroshima. Ramen on Namiki-dori near Peace Boulevard @murokahiroshima. I like cold noodles. I went through ice soba and cold soup soba. For a limited time only, they also serve dashi soba noodles made with whole sweetfish. I wanted to enjoy the soup, so I didn't like the rich, thirsty ramen . Among them, I was impressed by Muroka's elegant soup stock ramen. A bowl of condensed natural deliciousness using only natural ingredients without using chemical seasonings. Stylish minimalist spaces and systems. the sound of jazz. The individual small tea kettle also has a sense of taste. I brought people from Tokyo and they were impressed. Harvard Fellow Nobuhiro Mitsuoka, who was born in Hiroshima and now lives in Boston. He has a tremendous career and completed the master's course at Waseda University and EMBA at Peking University. After working for NTT DATA, he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a diplomat (first secretary). After his retirement, he was a Harvard Fellow. His specialty is global environmental issues. In private activities, as a representative of maplee, we support English services by student volunteers and support farmers, redistributing the charm of Hiroshima domestically and internationally, expanding domestic demand and cultivating employment opportunities. A certain lively town development is carried out. He has also volunteered in numerous disaster relief efforts in Japan. From a glocal perspective of global and local, based on social contribution consciousness, he is acting towards solving social issues. He is one of the role models we should aim for now.
