I stopped by this little and cozy ramen place, and there was a wonderful elderly gentleman who also happens to be the cook. We ordered Tokyo ramen, and it was very delicious. The broth was not salty, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. Very yummy ramen. I highly recommend it after a busy day—it feels like eating at your grandparent's house.
