細麺の麺は乾麺からか普通スープはクリーミーだがコクや深みがなく魚介トンコツといいながら魚介だしは一切感じない魚介トンコツ8.8ドルは安いが15ドル出しても日系支店のラーメンを食べたい

The salt egg tsukemen is probably among the worse tsukemens I have eaten. The strange fusion of salt egg and what i think is fish puts me off.Is the sauce suppose to be watery too? Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this stall. I stood in front of the counter for several minutes while two staff members were inside the shop resting. I had no issue with them taking a break, but when I tried to get their attention to place an order, I was ignored multiple times. Only after several attempts did the cashier tell me that the stall was closed. This meant I was left waiting unnecessarily, even though one of the staff members inside clearly saw me and could have informed me earlier. This isn’t an isolated incident. On normal days, the staff often appear unfriendly, and I’ve been met with glares multiple times while ordering, as though my presence is an inconvenience. It genuinely feels like customers are not welcome. The ramen that they sell is really good, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, poor service completely spoils the experience. It’s a pity that a stall with such good food is let down by its atrocious service standards. With better training and basic courtesy, this could easily be a place I’d return to — but for now, I won’t. TLDR: The food is good, but the service is so bad that I won't return. Service: 1
