Dropped by Ramie in Causeway Bay to satisfy my chocolate cravings! Known for their artisanal chocolate, I went for the 75% Northeast Cuba Chocolate, and it did not disappoint. It’s incredibly rich and smooth without being overly sweet, and I loved finding those little chocolate melty bits as I sipped. On a whim, I also tried their Spanish Latte, and it was such a pleasant surprise! Made with homemade vanilla condensed milk, the texture was velvety smooth from the microfoam to the very last drop. The natural vanilla aroma really elevates the whole experience. I’ve already spotted a few other signature coffees and chocolates on the menu—I’ll definitely be back for round two!
