Dropped by Ramie in Causeway Bay to satisfy my chocolate cravings! Known for their artisanal chocolate, I went for the 75% Northeast Cuba Chocolate, and it did not disappoint. It’s incredibly rich and smooth without being overly sweet, and I loved finding those little chocolate melty bits as I sipped. On a whim, I also tried their Spanish Latte, and it was such a pleasant surprise! Made with homemade vanilla condensed milk, the texture was velvety smooth from the microfoam to the very last drop. The natural vanilla aroma really elevates the whole experience. I’ve already spotted a few other signature coffees and chocolates on the menu—I’ll definitely be back for round two! Cute little café with great barista coffee and amazing latte art. The coffee tasted very well balanced (we had a flat white with oat milk and one with normal milk). Not super cheap (5€ per flat white) but highly recommended! Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Price per person: $1–50 Vegetarian options: Plant based milk options

Another nice Single Origin Chocolate Cafe! Perfect if you want to indulge into a cup of nice chocolate. Water Base strongly recommended. Had a cold brew take away as well Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
