I regretted walking in without checking the reviews. Iced coffee was served with no ice and warm (the ice had already melted by pouring it into a hot coffee). Matcha milk barely had any matcha in it. Not to mention that the toilet was dirty and customer service needed some improvement. Not recommended. Meal type: Other Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Skip this at all costs! This place claims to be the most beautiful Cafe in Kyoto but it really isn’t The decor is pretty, but the service was horrible. All of the tables were dirty when I arrived. The staff was rude and cold and saw him whipping my tea cup with his fingers before making the tea. The music was also really, really loud. I ordered a milk tea because I felt awkward leaving in a rush. It was overly sweet and I didn’t want to drink it after seeing the staff put his fingers inside the cup. Believe the bad reviews and do not stop here! It’s really expensive for what it offers. Do not waste your money or time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
