We sincerely apologize for your disappointing experience. We are truly sorry to hear that the food did not meet your expectations, the dishes were served slowly, and the service felt careless. We also regret that the portion sizes were not satisfactory. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
