Ray'bar is a wonderful bar with a very kind and friendly manager(owner). Not so loud and crowdy as the other bars in the city. They make you feel very welkom and the girls(staff) are extremely friendly. Not trying to pull you inside like some other bars. Very respectful and polite and they really know how to make party. Very important : Always have respect for the lady's ! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
