REAL PIZZA & ICE CREAM in Chiang Mai is a solid spot that delivers a very enjoyable experience overall. The pizza was genuinely tasty with good ingredients and a well made base that showed some real care in the preparation. If you are craving a good pizza in Chiang Mai this place will not disappoint. One of the things that really stood out was the value for money. The prices are fair and reasonable for the quality of food you get, which is not always a given especially in areas that cater to tourists. You walk out feeling like you got a good deal, and that goes a long way in making a place worth returning to. The staff was very friendly and genuinely nice, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you sit down. The service was attentive and you could tell the team cares about making their guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The only reason I am not going full five stars is that while everything was good, it did not quite reach that exceptional level that makes a place truly unforgettable. The pizza was tasty but not the best I have ever had, and the overall experience was very pleasant without being outstanding. That said, for a reliable spot with good pizza, fair prices, and friendly staff in Chiang Mai, REAL PIZZA & ICE CREAM is a great choice. There is a sign outside the restaurant saying it is the best pizza in the city. I would agree. Food: 5 Service: 5 Price per person: ฿200–400

Came for a pizza. Ordered it plus a drink. Tin of coke slapped down on the table, no glass or even a straw. Had to ask for a glass. Pizza arrived. Very soggy. Looked like a bought in frozen base. As for atmosphere; it's in a used car showroom forecourt. Make up your own mind. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
