別の用事で近くを通りかかった時、行列ができていたのを見かけて、後日予約して行ってみました。カウンターで注文して、席に持ってきてもらうスタイルです。お店の人も感じよく親切で、食事もビールも美味しかったです。また行きます！

Went to Red Eye Smokehouse – BBQ and ordered the 2 meats set, 3 meats set, and the BBQ poutine (sweet potato fries). The 2 meats set comes with 1 side, which is fine. But the 3 meats set also only comes with 1 side, which honestly didn’t really make sense. Food-wise: Pork ribs were good. Iberico pulled pork was okay, but the Iberico pork belly was better and more flavorful. Sliced brisket was a bit dry, but still edible. Housemade sausage was quite dry — maybe they were trying to make it less fatty, but it affected the texture. Potato & egg salad was really good. The vibe of the place was nice. Service-wise, at first the staff wasn’t smiling much, even when talking to us, which felt a bit cold. But when she came back to serve the food, she was smiling, and it really made a difference — the place felt nicer and the dining experience improved. Overall, decent BBQ with a nice vibe, but portion balance and consistency could be better. Meal type: Other Price per person: $100+ Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
