We were told it would be 265 HKD for 3 hours including bottomless drink and food. we were told to order on the QR code, when I saw that the QR menu had additional pricing I questioned this with a member of staff who assured me to just ignore the pricing and we could order absolutely anything on there for no extra cost in the allotted time. So once the time was up we were shocked to be slapped with a 1900 HKD bill! The staff tried to poorly explain that we had gone over our allowance. I tried to explain that I was clearly told that we could order any food and drink we liked for the stated 265 HKD. He just kept saying he could offer another 3 hours of karaoke as compensation! In the end they had to ring the member of staff who clearly gave me the incorrect information. After a lot of fighting and not backing down, they agreed to charge us the originally stated 265 HKD each but told us to ‘know the rules next time’. I’ve since seen a lot of reviews saying that the price of their bill ended up being way more than advertised. All I can say is, at least Dick Turpin wore a mask.
