We had a wonderful stay at Rosewood Phuket and, more than anything, it was the exceptional service that made the experience so memorable. Everyone we encountered was incredibly attentive, warm, and polite. The level of hospitality really represents the very best of Thai luxury hotel service. A few people in particular made our stay extra special: Tammy at the bar was always so cheerful and attentive. Every interaction with her put us in a good mood. Jacky at Ta Khai was wonderful. He seemed to know exactly what we wanted, was always accommodating, and greeted us with such a warm smile. Bank at breakfast was another highlight. He was friendly, genuinely nice to chat with, and even remembered us from our previous visit, which made us feel especially welcome. We also want to thank Anya, the restaurant manager, for looking after us so well and making sure everything ran beautifully throughout our stay. What stands out about Rosewood Phuket is that this level of service is not limited to just a few individuals. Almost everyone we met was thoughtful, attentive, and gracious. It is truly the epitome of Thai hospitality at its best. Thank you to the whole Rosewood Phuket team for another wonderful stay. We very much look forward to coming back again.

We stayed at Rosewood Phuket from 24–27 Aug. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery. The sea is lovely, and the whole property has a very open and relaxing atmosphere. The location can be a little difficult to find, and getting around entirely by buggy takes some getting used to. Thank you to Nat (I hope I got the name right!) for being so enthusiastic and talkative. I really enjoyed his energy and the way he engaged with us. We also requested a hotel tour from him, which turned out to be a lovely experience. A special thank you to Sai and Phone and all the ladies at Red Sauce (apologies if I spelled the names incorrectly). We really enjoyed their gentle way of speaking and thoughtful service. We also loved the breakfast concept, with dishes ordered from a menu and prepared fresh, ensuring everything was served hot and delicious. Thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk who assisted us at check-out. I asked for a recommendation for spicy pork ribs nearby, and we can confirm that it was delicious! I also really appreciated the guest support through WhatsApp. The team was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and polite whenever we reached out. Thank you to everyone behind the scenes who made this service work so seamlessly!
