If you love authentic, flavoursome, Italian cuisine, in an amazing setting, with exquisite service, you must not miss out on Red Sauce, when visiting Phuket! We celebrated my husband's birthday there, and it was so good we immediately booked again, before leaving Phuket. The restaurant is at the beautiful Rosewood hotel, service was absolutely impeccable, and Chef Luigi is a gem! He personally attended to us, and made sure we were well catered for ... and indeed we were! Truly spoilt by amazing dishes, crafted from a unique blend of fresh, local produce and high quality ingredients from Italy. All the dishes we tried were extremely good, some really outstanding. The tiramisù (and the special performance that goes with it!) is definitely one of those. Thank you, chef Luigi and the whole crew at Red Sauce, hopefully arrivederci a presto! World-class service and incredible Italian food! We visited Red Sauce for dinner 4 separate times over the past 2 years (1 of which was without a reservation) and the consistency is unmatched. From the delicious Italian food to the atmosphere, everything is top-tier, but it is the service that truly makes this place so special in our hearts. From the moment we walked in, we were always greeted with genuine warmth. A massive shoutout to Anya & all the staff at Red Sauce, who took such wonderful care of us. Anya went above and beyond to make every visit feel distinct and special. I also have to commend the team on how they handled our allergies and dietary restrictions. It is rare to find a restaurant that handles these requests so smoothly; and they never made us feel difficult. It was seamless, safe, and stress-free, allowing us to just relax and enjoy the amazing food. If you are in Phuket, Red Sauce is a must-visit. Some of our favorites: the starter bread basket, mediterranean fish soup, carpacci, lasagna. Even the small chocolate treats and sherry wine served by the dessert table are so memorable, I still think of them to this date.
