went for dinner. food was good but very understaffed. with the price we paid we would have gone somewhere. It's low ceiling so it was noisy even though it was not full. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+

They were recently awarded the prestigious “Golden Chopsticks Taste Officer Recommended Restaurant”, and after trying Executive Chef Tsang Chung Hong’s masterful dishes, we completely understand why! Every bite showcases decades of culinary expertise and pure dedication. Here’s a look at the incredible feast we enjoyed: The Highlights of Our Meal 杏汁燉白肺湯 Double-boiled Pig’s Lung Soup with Almond Cream. Absolute comfort in a bowl. It was incredibly silky, rich, and nourishing, with a perfectly balanced almond aroma. A true test of a Cantonese chef’s skills, and Chef Tsang nailed it! 胡椒粉絲海蝦煲 Stir-fried Prawns with Vermicelli in Casserole. This arrived sizzling and smelling absolutely divine! The prawns were massive, snappy, and fresh, while the vermicelli soaked up all the aromatic pepper juices. Pure umami goodness. 金銀蒜勝瓜蒸星斑片 Steamed Garoupa Fillet with Luffa, Fresh and Golden Garlic. The garoupa fillets were steamed to perfection—so tender they practically melted in our mouths. The combination of sweet luffa and the duo of fresh and golden fried garlic created the ultimate flavor explosion. 開心果露伴糯米糍 Pistachio Cream with Mochi. We ended the night on a high note! Move over traditional black sesame, this hot pistachio cream is a game-changer. Paired with a chewy, soft mochi, it was the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable meal. From the comforting double-boiled soup to the innovative pistachio dessert, every dish reflected true culinary mastery.
