Seating area is comfortable and staff are all well trained. They always carry smiles on their faces and offer help to customers when required. Food is well prepared, served hot with good taste. ? Located on the 2nd floor of the Regal Kowloon Hotel is Regal Court (富豪軒), known for its traditional Cantonese favourites alongside their Dim Sum which is also worth trying out! Keep reading to find out more: Here’s everything we tried out: / 蒜片牛柳粒 - $188 hkd — Favourite dish of the night! The beef tenderloin cubes were so tender with the perfect amount of marbling on them. Went so well with the crispy garlic slices too! / 五香牛腱- $118 hkd — The beef shank slices soaked up the flavours of the marinade nicely. / 蜜汁黑豚叉燒 - $288 hkd — Generous portion and the char siu had the ideal distribution of fat and meat to it. The honey glaze on it was sticky and sweet and complemented the savoury flavours of the pork nicely. Perfect amount of char on it giving it a smoky aroma. / 富貴櫻花蛋白炒飯 - $228 hkd — The portion was massive here! The rice was stir fried to a dry finish and seasoned perfectly. The sakura shrimp adds an undeniable aroma to the dish. Great for sharing! / 龍蝦汁大虎蝦配鍋巴 - $138 hkd — One of their signature dishes! The tiger prawn was massive with a succulent, juicy texture.
