Rempapa @rempapasg by Damian D’Silva brings Singapore’s multi-ethnic heritage to the table with approachable, comforting dishes inspired by traditional recipes, but with a modern touch. We checked out their refreshed brunch menu, which is a fully self-serviced concept — order at the counter, collect your food and enjoy. Signature Nasi Lemak Sets. Damian’s Chicken Curry — $15.90. Beef Cheek Rendang — $17.90 Both come with achar, ikan bilis, peanuts, homemade sambal, egg and cucumber. I especially liked having the nasi lemak with the rich, flavourful curry and rendang — familiar Singapore flavours that make for a comforting meal. And if you have a sweet tooth, we also added on the Platter of 6 Singapore Heritage Kuehs — $18. A nice way to end the meal with a little taste of our local heritage. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20
