パンガン島中部に位置するタイ料理屋。 私が訪れたときはお店がオープンして間もないということでフライドライスと果物のスムージーのみの提供ということでした。 タイでよく食べることのできるフライドライスで比較的あっさりとした味付けで食べやすい印象を受けました。 お店の店主はこの島の観光ポイントや雰囲気のいいレストランを熟知しており丁寧にそれらの場所も教えていただくこともできました。 訪れられたならきっとあなたの旅行計画の手助けにもなってくれると思います。

I’ve been coming to this place since my first visit to Koh Phangan over five years ago, and I’m so happy it’s still as wonderful as ever. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, and you can really feel the love they’ve put into this little restaurant over the years. Their hospitality is one of the reasons I keep coming back. The congee is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend adding all the toppings—the tender pork ribs are so soft you can almost chew the bones! The broth is rich and flavorful, and honestly, it doesn’t even need any seasoning. Everything tastes fresh and comforting. Don’t miss the fresh orange juice either. It’s squeezed to order, glass by glass, and you can really taste the difference. The atmosphere is another highlight. Even though the restaurant is right by the road, it’s surrounded by lush greenery, making it feel peaceful and relaxing. If you’re visiting Koh Phangan, breakfast here should definitely be on your must-do list. One visit, and you’ll understand why so many people keep coming back. Highly recommended! My favourite Thai breakfast place on the island. Rest Days has such a cozy, relaxed atmosphere and is the perfect spot to start the morning. They are especially known for their delicious congee (rice soup) and a great selection of dim sum. The Thai donuts are also a must try! They also serve great Thai tea and traditional Thai coffee for those who enjoy a sweeter coffee. The service from the owners and staff is always incredibly warm and welcoming.
