Wonderful home cooked dishes served by a humble couple. The dishes are delicious. Only downside are the flies. However, the male owner was very kind to point all his stand fans at our table in an attempt to chase the flies away. He is so kind and thoughtful. Definitely recommend this place 150% if you're nearby! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

We visited this small local Thai restaurant tonight as guests staying at the nearby Conrad Koh Samui and absolutely loved it. The food was authentic, fresh, and incredibly delicious. You can really feel the passion and hospitality of the owner who runs the place personally. A perfect contrast to the big luxury resorts — simple, local, and full of character. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Koh Samui and will gladly come back ourselves! Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Green Restaurant is the best discovery on Phankga Beach. The owner is so very nice and sweet, and the food is authentically Thai--fresh, plentiful, and super delicious. Try it once and you will be back for more!
