Dry pot shredded cabbage is pretty tasty and comes with a fire below. A bit salty though

Small farm fried meat is pretty tasty. But it's fried with green chili not snow/sweet peas as picture might suggest. So it's not a vegetable dish. And is rather salty.

The fried dumplings (guo tie) are below average. The skin is thick and the filling isn't tasty
