2年連続でクリスマスに利用しました。それなりの値段でそれなりのフレンチが食べられます。店内はそれほど広くないですが、オープンキッチンになっていて清潔感がありサービスも良いと思います。

An unforgettable dining experience at Stage Restaurant Bangkok. Chef Jay went above and beyond by crafting a personalized menu for us—every dish was a masterpiece, both in presentation and flavor. The journey began with refined and creative bites, followed by a beautifully fresh oyster, then an exquisite lobster dish. The highlight for me was the homemade pasta with black truffle—rich, aromatic, and perfectly cooked. The dry-aged duck breast and the indulgent beef Rossini were executed flawlessly. Dessert was nothing short of art: a carrot creation with caviar—bold, surprising, and incredibly balanced—followed by a delightful selection of petit fours. Each plate delivered elegance, texture, and precision. The flavor combinations were thoughtful and refined, showcasing Chef Jay’s incredible talent and vision. The service throughout the evening was impeccable—attentive yet discreet. This is easily one of my favorite Michelin-starred restaurants in Bangkok. A true must-visit for food lovers.
