We had one of the finest meals ever at Izuru. We stayed in affiliated RITA ryokan a short walk away and had both breakfast and dinner made with local ingredients here. A superb Japanese red wine (Ebony by Kuju Winery) was recommended by Noichi who is very friendly and helpful. We recommend sitting at the bar to watch the exquisite meal preparation underway. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
