If you're in the Mineyama township area looking for a place like non-other to have a meal on your own, or either with someone special, it'll be difficult to beat this over the counter style "Restaurant 縁 Enishi". (^^ゞ The owner chef specialized in Japanese cuisine is guaranteed to serve your appetite and will most likely satisfy your taste buds with his talented and creative skills. But not only does he do well in serving Japanese food, he has dived in to mastering the art of the Mexican cuisine, and has succeeded in not only being able to serve you with descent Tacos, but he has combined and added a hint of special spices and has developed a whole new world of Mexican cuisine based foods in a brand-new style wave of flavors! ヾ(*´∇`)ﾉ I tried the Chef's original Maui style Quesadillas, generously prepared using Pineapples marinated and cooked in Japanese Sake (rice wine), Pico De Gallo, Chicken, spices & herbs, and a mountain of shredded Mixed-Cheeses, which then he bakes it over a piping hot grill and then served with some salsa on the side and garnished topped with fresh Italian parsley!! My friends from the US who live in Mineyama area now had also visited and tried the dish (although they had called it what they were served, Chimichangas) and had commented that it's number one in this area "Hands down"!! (^o^)/ Opened during both lunch and dinner hours, the owner Chef also makes homemade ice cream and a limited selection of Mexican desserts, all handmade and crafted with his magical touch, so just look forward to it and be prepared to enjoy!! 京丹後市峰山町界わいでお一人様や大切な方とのご利用で、他では味わえない様な絶品料理を頂けるお店をお探しであれば、カウンター式席で提供される「Restaurant 縁 Enishi」さんに勝るお店はありません。(^^ゞ カウンター越しに立つマスターは元々和食がご専門とのお話を伺いましたが、メキシカンスタイルの料理に魅了され、その芸術要素を習得するためにメキシコ料理の世界に飛び込み、挑戦心と匠なスキルで単に美味しいタコスを提供するに至っただけでなく、特製スパイスを用いてオリジナルの要素を盛り込んだ異次元スタイルのメキシカン創作料理の開発に成功されました。ヾ(*´∇`)ﾉ 今回はマスターオリジナルのマウイスタイルのケサディアを頂きました。日本酒で煮込まれてコンポートにされた刻みパイナップル、ピコ･デ･ガヨ(刻んだ生タマネギとトマト、ハラペーニョなどを生コリアンダーやレモン汁などと合わせたもの)、鶏肉、スパイスやハーブ、山盛りのミックスチーズを贅沢に使用して、熱々のグリルの上でマスターが焼き上げます。出来上がりにサルサを添え、新鮮なイタリアンパセリをトッピングして提供して下さいました。峰山町内に住むアメリカ出身の友人も以前訪れて食べてみた経験を語ってましたが、京都府北部一帯では、間違いなく一番美味しいと言ってました！(^o^)/ ランチとディナーの両方の時間帯で営業されており、自家製アイスクリームや限定メキシカンデザートも手作りで提供されてます。もっと早くに出会いたかったおすすめの穴場レストラン、マスターが織り成す和食とメキシカンの融合された魔法の世界を是非、お楽しみあれ。 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥4,000–5,000
