Retro Tea House, a Myanmar restaurant near my school, is one of my favorite places to eat because it truly feels like a taste of home. The food is absolutely incredible, with rich and authentic flavors that make me feel like I’m back in Myanmar every time I take a bite. The prices are surprisingly affordable and honestly nothing compared to how delicious the dishes are, which makes every meal feel worth it. The decoration is simple but meaningful, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere without being too fancy. My favorite dish is Nan Gyi Thote because it reminds me so much of my home and childhood memories. Eating here is not just about filling my stomach, but also about feeling connected to my culture. I would highly recommend Retro Tea House to anyone who misses Myanmar or loves exploring real, traditional flavors, because this place truly delivers an unforgettable experience.
