There was a warmth here that went beyond the food. It was in the way the smoke curled from the kitchen like a friendly wave, in the comforting hum of conversation, and in the sense that each plate was prepared with quiet pride. Riburs BBQ didn’t merely serve a meal, it transported me. if only for a moment, to a place where the world slows down and the only thing that matters is the next perfect, smoky bite.
