We waited more than 1 hour to collect a cold, extremely thin, flimsy and soggy pizza. The mozarella cheese was not drained therefore the pizza was disgustingly wet at every bite. Service was horrendous, we were promised that they would call us when our pizza was ready for collection, that did not happen. We had to check in several times to ask for our order update. The staff was also very rude on the phone.
There was clearly zero care, no customer service and definitely no standards from a restaurant claiming to be “Best Italian Restaurant in Singapore”, “Serving genuine and good Italian food”.
Safe to say this was my first and last experience with Ricciotti.
