We had a simple and comforting Taiwanese meal at Shann Rice Bar, enjoying classic local fare that felt very homely and satisfying. The standout dish was definitely the egg cai poh omelet — fluffy, savoury, and packed with the fragrant crunch of preserved radish. We truly love the food here. The food may seem quite simple, typical of the local Taiwanese fare, yet the taste is simply phenomenal. It's just so delicious, incredibly tasty, and the aroma emanating from the dishes is truly captivating. Moreover, compared to its quality, the prices are considered to be fairly reasonable, while the portions provided are surprisingly decent. However, please keep in mind that the establishment tends to get quite busy, particularly during peak hours. Therefore, you might want to anticipate the possibility of having to wait in line.
