24/12/24 - 4 stars Of all the budget options in this area, this was the only option which was true Cantonese cuisine. Yes the staff are not super welcoming, but, they were not rude to me. Yes, the shop looks a little suspect but I got what I ordered. And, yes, there is a bit of price gouging but again this is in a huge mall right next to the airport so I'll give them a pass. Genuinely, the roast meats were actually good and rice tasted fresh enough. Definitely a welcome option. Roast pork Flavour: SS+, 9.5/10. This might have been one of the best crackling porks I've ever had. Nothing but pure pork flavour and not egregiously over salted Texture: SS, 9/10. Meat was generally quite tender but still bitey. Crackling was perfect Value: S, 8/10. ~$80 for 2 meats with rice is not bad Roast goose Flavour: SS, 9/10. Despite its location, the goose here was actually very good. Comparable to Yat Lok in the city Texture: SS, 9/10. Tender meat and crisp skin. Very good Value: A, 7/10. $~120 for the goose leg

Very dull staff with poor attitude. Liven up would help the store bring in more business. Should also offer credit card payment. I would have spend twice as much if this service was available. Price per person: $150–200 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Pig, Roast, Roast Pig
