We had italian food at Rice, and I must say that it is much better than some other italien themed restaurants around, better value too. The service was very professional, very polite and attentive. The decor is not “trendy” but it’s still OK. Rice does not get the success that it deserves in my view. NB: Rice offers a varied menu, as in most restaurants in Samui, but we were craving italian food that night. I can’t speak for the rest of the menu.
