One of the worst check-in experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk receptionist was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. Instead of making guests feel welcome, the attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience for simply asking a question. The entrance and surrounding area felt isolated and uninviting, which affected my overall experience. Service: 1

The check-in experience was extremely disappointing. The front desk receptionist was rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome from the very beginning. To make matters worse, the entrance to the hotel was dark, isolated, and did not feel inviting. Overall, this was not the level of hospitality I expected. Service: 1

Nice resort to disconnect with nature , activities: boat ride, kayak and water games. Food is okay, the pineapple fries rice is good. Service is super nice and friendly. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
