情報の誤りを報告する
Food came late and one broken container spilling the soup.
Driver did not bother to call to inform about delay although he apologized. When I asked
him which part of the journey had traffic jam, he changed story and said the other side got problem that’s why late.
Food portions definitely not the quantity for 170 pax. Food labels did not indicate vegetarian items even though I asked them to do so.
Super bad experience. Wanted to consider engaging them for my company events if this time’s experience is a good one but definitely not going to do so now.
