2026年6月の平日昼ごろに入店。店内は非常に狭くほぼ席は埋まっていた。外にも幾つか席があるが暑くて店内一択。アイスラテを注文。ごくごく普通。店内BGMの音量大きめ。長居するタイプのカフェではない感じ。. Roast8ry Coffee Lab is one of the best if not outright best specialty coffee in not just Chiangmai and but all of Thailand. Big statement coming from a coffee snob like me who’s been to over 500 cafe worldwide. But it’s hard to argue against all the awards they won, the comprehensive selection of coffee beans and the resulting taste. The fact that you can choose from nearly 10 coffee beans for your latte or espresso makes them unbeatable in this department. Adding to the fact that the sheer quality of each beans. Do keep in mind that they have another flagship store also in the Niman area. However I prefer this one as it’s the OG even if less fancy than the flagship locations. While it’s possible to get coffee for less than 100 THB ($3) you can easily go up to 500 THB ($18) per cup for high end Geisha beans.
