Their standard has clearly dropped, very disappointing as the pastry was already very soggy and lacked the crisp texture strudel should have even though I consumed on the same day of purchase. I would not recommend purchasing from this outlet anymore!

I have never encountered someone so needlessly rude in a customer-facing role. This aunty staff repeatedly called my sister “stupid” simply because she was taking a moment to decide what to order. Since when is thinking before buying a crime? Instead of offering recommendations or showing basic patience, she chose to insult a paying customer multiple times. It didn’t stop there. She even turned to my sister’s friend and asked, “Is she usually this stupid?” Who says that to customers? That level of disrespect is unbelievable. When we confronted her about it, she flat-out denied saying anything, then continued making passive-aggressive swipes. The audacity to insult someone and then pretend innocence while still throwing shade is honestly astounding. What’s worse is the blatant favoritism. She showers certain customers with flattery, calling them “帅哥” or sucking up to others by calling them pretty yet treats everyone else with open contempt. So apparently, respect is only reserved for people she wants to impress. Basic decency costs nothing. If you can’t treat customers with respect, you shouldn’t be in service line. Spend your money where it’s appreciated — not where you’re insulted for daring to think before ordering.
