Very chill and decent farang expat bar with pool table and bottle service available. Not touristy at all. Definitely more of a dive bar than a restaurant. They did not have any food but drinks were excellent and fairly priced, and the place right next door could cook you something. Location: Right next to the pedestrian underpass. The visa services may just be the best kept secret in Chiang Rai. I was provided with invaluable and trusted advice that got me out of a little pickle at the border. 10/10, definitely a friendly, safe, and welcoming spot for a drink or meeting new friends in Chiang Rai.
