チェンマイに到着して最初に訪れたカフェです。スタイリッシュで洗練された外観と内装に、入る前から一気にテンションが上がりました！ 今回はカフェラテを注文しましたが、しっかりとした心地よい苦味とコクが効いていて、まさに私好みのど真ん中。最高に美味しい一杯に出会えました。 店内は世界中から集まった外国人観光客で賑わっており、いわゆるローカルな地元感はありませんが、その国際的で活気ある雰囲気も含めて、とてもお洒落で素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。 チェンマイで至高の一杯と洗練された空間を楽しみたいなら、まず間違いないおすすめの超実力派カフェです！. チェンマイでウォシュレットを見たのがこの店だけなのにまずビックリしました笑。経営者が日本人で、ラテアートで世界一をとったことのある人だということで来店してみました。メニューはコーヒーのみ。スイーツなどはありません。市場で購入して飲んだタイコーヒーはかなり薄くて酸味があったのでタイの人は酸味好みかな？と思いましたが、ここのコーヒーは深みもあってマイルドで美味しかったです。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿400–600

If you’re serious about coffee, Roast8ry Coffee Flagship Store is a must-visit in Chiang Mai. This place completely lived up to the hype for us. From the moment you walk in, you can tell coffee is taken very seriously here — the space feels modern, stylish, and almost like a specialty coffee lab rather than just a café. The coffee itself was incredible. Smooth, rich, perfectly balanced, and easily some of the best coffee we had in Thailand. You can really tell why Roast8ry has become internationally known in the coffee world, especially with their award-winning baristas and latte art. Watching the drinks being made honestly felt like part of the experience itself. (Food & Wine) We also loved the atmosphere. The dark modern interior, the smell of freshly roasted beans, the music, and the overall energy made it somewhere we genuinely wanted to stay for a while instead of just grabbing a coffee and leaving. It felt trendy without trying too hard. It’s located in the Nimman area which is already one of the best neighborhoods in Chiang Mai for cafés and restaurants, so it fits perfectly into a café hopping day around the city. Prices are definitely higher than local Thai coffee shops, but for the quality and experience, it was absolutely worth it. If you enjoy specialty coffee even a little bit, Roast8ry Flagship Store is one of those places in Chiang Mai that you should not skip.
