I'm writing this review solely for the owners of this cafe and hotel, as I understand that Chiang Mai's tourism and hospitality industries have been struggling for the past years due to various reasons, covid, flood, negative news, etc. This cafe is affiliated with the hotel, and I happened to pass by and stopped in for coffee and breakfast. The cafe and hotel are beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere. The hot latte was good, and the set breakfast was regular and okay. However, when I picked up the strawberry jam to spread on my bread, I noticed it was opened and a corner had been eaten. I assumed it was recycled, presumably the last customer hadn't eaten it, but actually he/she did. I handed it to the staff, who immediately replaced it from the kitchen without even a word of apology. In my opinion, this is a serious management issue. I hope the owners will take note and make improvements. After all, such a beautiful cafe and hotel, I wish it'll have good business. Price per person: ฿100–200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
