パタヤ滞在中に訪れました。ドラフトビールが89バーツ、ビール小瓶は100バーツから。HR/HMの懐メロ、名曲を楽しめました。 私が行った際の選曲は、パープル、ホワイトスネイク、シンリジー、メタリカ、ディスターブド、レイジアゲインストザマシーンといったところ。2時間以上滞在しましたが、飽きることなく演奏を楽しめました。客層はファランがメイン。1人で飲んでいたせいか、何人かの方に話しかけられたり相席になったりし、異国コミュニケーションを楽しめました。店員さんもニコニコ笑顔で接客していて感じがよかったです。バンドにより当たり外れはあるようですが、外から演奏も聴けますので、良さそうなら入ってみることをオススメします。パタヤに来た際はまた立ち寄ると思います。 その後すっかり気に入り、足を運ぶようになりました。DREAM THEATERのPull Me Underをやってくれた時は最高でした。演奏も女性ボーカルもエクセレントでした。退屈に感じる曲もありますが、たまに大当たりな選曲があるのでクセになります。

One of the last real ones. Pattaya has plenty of places with a guitar on the wall, but Rock Factory is an actual live rock bar with a proper history behind it, and it came out the other side of covid when most of its peers did not. That counts for something. The music is the reason to come and it does not disappoint. Food is genuinely good and priced sensibly, which is rarer than it should be for a venue with live music. No inflated tourist markup, no gimmicks. Tree Town is easy to get to and easy to make an evening of. If you want somewhere authentic that has earned its reputation rather than bought it, this is the one. Five stars, and we will be back.
