Greeted by an unwelcoming stench, hygiene could have been managed better since it's a food and animal establishment. Went in and got a cup of cocoa and left. Cost of the beverage is reasonable, there is a cat room with 99thb/pax entry fee, which is reasonable however it seems too unhygienic and unwelcoming. So much potential in the place, if only the establishment was managed better, I am sure there would be more customers. Cat friendly air fresheners or deodorisers would be helpful. There should be more toilets for cats. The cleanliness of the dining area could be improved,
