Nasatta Park currently has its Light Festival that will run until 3rd of May 2026. It started last November 2025 and a friend who's a local of Rachaburi invited me if I'm interested. She was able to get the early bird promotion and eventhough our initial plan to see it last February was moved this April because of busy schedules, I am happy that we're finally able to see it. I think our timing was just perfect because now, it's not as crowded as it was during the early times it opened eventhough it's on a weekend. Nasatta Park has a wax museum of prominent figures especially those who contributed to arts and music. Also, they have some short 'movie' on specific times on how Buddhism arrived in Thailand - basically a history and some 'dharma' and/or Buddist teachings. There are also performances like muay thai (the basics and art of the muay thai movements) and some other performance about popular Thai legends. The place is quite huge and so many wonderful illuminations that pleases the eye scattered all around the place. People who love taking photos about places or themselves will definitely have a feast! The place also has restaurants - outside is a Thai restaurant and inside is a mix of Japanese and others. Price ranges from 200 and up. There are no stalls inside except for some 'drink stalls' in case you feel parched. Outside food is not allowed so if you're hungry, the park's restaurants are your only options. Or plan accordingly and eat before you go. We stayed under three hours - including the time we ate our dinner. We had fun and some games - my friend's niece got the '1st prize' and '2nd prize' - for a simpler and easier explanation . For the finale, there's a souvenir shop with really really affordable stuff that I highly recommend.
