If you're exploring the charming alleys of Ikseon-dong and craving some top-tier sushi rolls, 'Roll in Ikseon' is an absolute must-visit. The restaurant itself is quite intimate and cozy, which means you might have to wait around 20 minutes during peak hours, but trust me—it is entirely worth the wait. We ordered their signature Salmon Avocado Roll and the Salmon Nigiri. As someone who truly appreciates well-prepared food and attention to detail, I was immediately struck by the sheer quality and generous portions. The salmon was incredibly thick, exceptionally fresh, and genuinely melted in my mouth. The balance between the creamy avocado, the perfectly seasoned sushi rice, and the rich salmon was simply outstanding. It is clear that they prioritize high-quality ingredients. We also tried a side of Karaage, which was wonderfully crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, perfectly complementing the main dishes. Despite the bustling nature of the neighborhood, the small space creates a warm, inviting dining experience. The staff was friendly, and the food was served relatively quickly once we were seated. I would give this place a solid 5 out of 5 stars. If you are a fan of salmon or just looking for a highly satisfying, quality meal in Ikseon-dong, you have to add this hidden gem to your itinerary.
