If you’re looking for a high-quality BBQ experience in a relaxed and stylish setting, Rolling Ribs Brew Bar & BBQ, located on the ground floor of Le Méridien Bangkok Surawong, is definitely worth a visit. From the moment you sit down, the restaurant shows great attention to detail by serving complimentary popcorn as a starter — a simple yet thoughtful touch that sets a welcoming tone. The BBQ selection is outstanding. The pork and chicken are perfectly cooked — tender, juicy, and infused with a rich smoky flavor. There’s also a wide variety of sauces available, allowing you to customize each bite to your liking. For beef lovers, the restaurant offers excellent BBQ beef options that are equally satisfying. In addition, the grilled shrimp is fresh and flavorful, adding even more variety to the menu. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great spot for both casual hangouts and social gatherings. Convenient parking is also available within the hotel, adding to the overall ease of the experience. I booked a set through Hungry Hub to celebrate a birthday here, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious—the BBQ ribs were definitely the highlight. The atmosphere was lovely and not too crowded, which made it perfect for a celebration. A special shout-out to the staff for their excellent service and recommendations. They even surprised us with a birthday cake and sang a little birthday song. It was such a lovely touch that made the night even more special. Highly impressed!
