English name of this place is "Rolling Egg." Looks like the place is ran by someone who lived in the United States long enough to get familiar with lots of traditional breakfast and lunch dishes, and the menu reflects this with a large selection of menu options. They tend to run out of ingredients for dishes here a lot, especially when coming in the afternoon on weekends. Although they have a large selection of menu items they only seem to be able to cook half of them fairly decently. Possibly the worst pancakes I've ever had; overcooked on the outside and raw on the inside. They seem to do okay with the egg dishes, french toast, and sandwiches. I can definitely do a better job cooking most this stuff at home myself, and the service is about average for Tainan I'd say. They have Mug Root Beer, which has proven difficult to find in Tainan. The bathrooms are kept fairly clean.
