Pretty much all the dim sum, including porridge, were not available in the morning. The buns and shun kueh tasted not bad. Everything served in disposables even for dine-in. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Located opposite the hustle and bustle of Clementi Central, this stall is located at the more quiet side of Clementi, east of Clementi MRT. A pretty popular stall especially in the mornings, judging from the queue. + Dimsum prices are very reasonable, with each plate costing only $2.30. + This coffeeshop is much more livelier compared to the other one at Blk 328, where half of the other stalls are vacant. - No MSCP nearby. Only have outdoor lots, some shady. Plenty of hot outdoor lots though. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
