Website was extremely misleading. We walked all the way here on my partner’s birthday under the impression we’d be able to pay $300 each to use the pool. At reception, we were told the pool is for hotel guests only, and that the website was actually referring to the bar - despite the fact you literally go onto the website, click “Pool”, and that information comes up. We were then told we weren’t even allowed up to the bar until 4pm, and that the $300 mentioned is actually just an entry fee. This completely ruined the birthday plans we’d made for the afternoon. We were more than happy to spend money there on drinks and food and were genuinely excited to visit, so it was really disappointing to arrive and find out the information online was so unclear. To make it worse, the receptionist just giggled as we walked away. Overall, a really frustrating experience and very poor communication on the website. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
