Visited Rosa Bridge Restaurant (RB) one Saturday in Oct 2020 about 15 minutes before noon, there were still several tables available.I ordered the roasted pork chop rice for the main course which served with hot soup (cream bacon) and a cup of hot tea (Hong Kong style). The soup came in a small portion and warm enough, I finished it quickly as I was a bit hungry. The important point was that the soup smelt and tasted nice, it was not too thick nor too watery.It took about 20 minutes to serve the main course, it was burning hot with a slight smelling of charcoal, but the food was not dark. I ate a spoonful of roasted rice, there was a slight smell of egg and cheese, the rice was not sticky, the sauce was so good and it was not salty. The piece of pork chop covered almost 3/5 the surface of the baking bowl, and it was about 1.0 to 1.2 cm thick. I cut out a small piece and slowly put it into my mouth, I chewed it without any difficulty, the tenderness was appropriate, the taste was delicious and the texture was juicy enough. When I cut the part close to the bone, again the meat separated from the bone easily. The cup of tea was pretty good.Compared to one of the biggest fast-food chain which it often promoted its roasted pork chop rice, there was a very big difference in quality, I prefer to RB very much. It costed only about $50 at RB for this entire set. In addition, the waitress was very polite and friendly that I enjoyed the lunch here.I would recommend this restaurant and I shall definitely go back to try some other dishes!
