Okay - I'm not exaggerating when I say, Rose Kitchen/Chicken is, literally, the best, full stop. Scrap your Michelin stars, just come here for the best roast chicken. They brine, then roast then deep fry the chickens. And the price - HKD$78 for a huge portion of chicken, it's amazing value. My colleague took me here last week, and I was back this week for round 2. I've never had chicken skin so crispy in my life. Service is amazing (for HK) At this price and food quality - unbeatable. Six star if I could.
