I used to come here almost every day after moving nearby. On two occasions, one auntie was quite rude while I was ordering a waffle. During my last visit, I paid for a double filling (peanut + chocolate), but when I got home, I realised the same auntie only gave chocolate. It’s unacceptable to be treated rudely and then be shortchanged on top of that. On the bright side, being so put off has allowed me to be healthier and stop buying from here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I used to like getting pastries from here until today. Came over during evening time and there was a different auntie working here, not the usual auntie that I usually buy from in the morning. This auntie was unbelievably rude after I made the purchase, and was visibly flustered tending the place. I could sense that she was probably overwhelmed by the 2 extra customers in the store, even though there wasn’t a queue or a crowd to begin with. Was there a need to be so aggressive and rude? Probably not. Doesn’t take much to speak politely and not shout. Let’s just remember that we are not the only ones having a hard day, everyone is. Also it doesn’t take much to be just slightly kinder, no need to take it out on the others especially not on customers. This purchase hence left a distaste in my mouth, literally and metaphorically. Yikes Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
