Delicious plain or egg or banana (or banana and egg) roti! The ‘with banana’ option includes the egg as well. The owner is a super sweet guy who makes each roti with love. He delicately folds the roti over itself encasing the banana and egg inside, uses butter halfway through the process which adds that extra richness, and offers condensed milk or sugar (or both, which I recommend) as toppings, all for only 30 baht. Definitely stop by for a delicious roti and to support a really sweet stall owner! It seems to be an evening stall. I’ve see him setting up around 5:00 PM but I don’t know how late he goes until.
