2026/09に子連れで利用しました。 簡単な英語しか分かりませんが皆さん親切で、簡単にチェックインできました！ 飛行機の到着が遅れて、深夜1時くらいの到着でしたがスムーズに受付できました。 シャワーの水圧強めで良かったです！

レイオーバーのため宿泊しました。空港から直結しているので移動がとても便利でした。お部屋も綺麗で広々としており、バスタブが付いていたのもよかったです。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえるサービスも、とても助かりました。今回は利用しませんでしたが、プールもあるようです。

Strategic Location, But Check-in Tests Your Patience! Regal Airport Hotel Hong Kong has a super strategic location—just a 3–4 minute walk from the arrival terminal. For travelers who have just landed and want to rest immediately, this is a huge plus! But… the check-in process really tests your patience. When I arrived, there were only 3 staff members handling registration, even though the queue was extremely long. The estimated time per person was about 4–6 minutes, and by the time I was done, there were still more than 20 people waiting behind me. If you arrive during peak hours, prepare yourself (and maybe some snacks) for a fairly long wait. As for the room, although the hotel looks a bit dated, the cleanliness is quite well-maintained. The room, bed, and bathroom were all clean and comfortable for resting after a long flight. The TV also offers many channels, which provides some light entertainment if you’re not ready to sleep yet. Verdict: Very close to the airport Clean & comfortable rooms Slow check-in process & understaffed Hotel facilities feel dated Great for short transits or if proximity to the airport is your priority. But if you’re looking for a modern hotel experience with fast service, you might want to consider other options.
