For those who like French and Western food in Taoyuan, I especially recommend this restaurant "ROUX BISTRO". The reasons why I like it personally are: 1. The restaurant's exterior design has a blue and white theme (which is very conspicuous in the neighborhood) 2. The restaurant serves Western food Mainly, a set meal includes 8 meals, including appetizers, desserts, drinks, and main dishes. I tried a set meal and especially liked 4 meals: egg yolk mousse/egg/seasonal vegetable and fruit salad, and pumpkin soup (with a special taste) Delicious), here comes the white shrimp/red caviar/dill/toast/yoghurt sauce (this special dish will definitely subvert the general perception of food in Taiwan) and the main dish is the American Prime New Yorker Steak + black truffle sauce (the beef is really delicious (7 min rare). I cut it with a slight cut, highly recommended). The last dish that surprised me was the handmade gnocchi with Spanish sausage in it + Sweet red pepper (the taste really makes me have endless aftertaste) 3. The boss is a Hong Kong immigrant who came to Taiwan and is also a chef who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Western cuisine and pastry (the person is very talkative and the service is very polite and nice...) In short, the boss is very attentive and the restaurant will cook every season. Updated menu. "A restaurant worth a visit." Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
