Royal riffles china.....a 5 star hotel and expensive hotel and rest...in singapore....where you can see mostly famous celebrity...eat by this restaurant...

Just had lunch, food is not really better than other places I have eaten. Service level, really really not up to the standards. Also noticed that used cutlery collected were placed besides food yet to be served to customers, talk about hygiene. Really disappointed.
