Rhana explained the hotel to the point. I see this place is only good for one night stay. Long stay will ruin your vacation. There are many hotels next to bangla road which are super clean and noice free. Unless you’re Indian avoid it

Unfortunately I’ve added to the bad reviews of this place. Firstly the property was dirty! I was left with a complimentary half eaten muffin in the bin, some tissue stuck all over the base of the shower, thick layers of dust on the window sill and a few unidentified sticky areas All of this I can just about get over without usually complaining, however I was woken up at 2.30am by a member of staff actively trying to break in to my room. I had the safety bolt over the door and he was reaching inside to unhook it. The reason was that apparently a guest thought she had left her bikini in the room. I don’t know what kind of bikini is that important it couldn’t have waited until a normal hour, but there was zero recognition that this was inappropriate behaviour. I spoke with the staff in the morning to understand my options and there was zero. No refund, no apology, nothing. The fact that they think it’s ok is baffling. So for your own safety, don’t book here!! Service: 1
