Rubrica in the Westin Josun Seoul serves relatively small dishes for very high prices. The service is fair, at best. Unlike the other restaurants in the Westin, speaking some appropriate English is clearly not valued among their staff. I do not recommend Rubrica. A pleasant visit with great service and yummy food. The place was lovely for a bday celebration and we had the pleasure of being served by Mr Sangjun Kim, who spoke fluent English and recommended sea urchin pasta and the ragu pasta! Thank you for the wonderful recommendation and great food! Recommended: sea urchin pasta, ragu pasta, calamari, tiramisu Price per person: ₩40,000–50,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
